This amused me for some reason.
One's gracious hosts are charming, dignified and soigné; a bit eccentric, perhaps, but that's only to be expected.
Along the way, one has started to refer to oneself as "one," although no one knows precisely why.

Oh, I love that little glimpse of humor. Cute and quirky. I just...can't get past that book cover! I see Nicole Kidman and I'm just automatically turned off. Maybe it will come out soon in another edition...
