It's sarcastic, and I know sarcasm hurts your happiness, but it feels kind of good to do it, like stretching a muscle I haven't used in a while. The corners of Library Girl's lips twitch into something resembling a smirk, an expression that feels one hundred percent real.

    This is definitely different from her other series, whose name escapes me at the moment. Is he trying to impress Library Girl?

    Clare - Gemma Doyle Trilogy starting with A Great and Terrible Beauty and, he is sort of trying to impress her

    Ladybug - I like it but it is very different.

    Ah yes -- sarcasm is fun to use and a great release. It's only a shame when people don't understand or get sarcasm!

    I really want to read this one. I had it, but I gave it to my friend for Christmas because of the gnome on the front. She collects gnomes. Now I need a new copy for me!

    I LOVE this book! So glad to see others are reading it. I haven't read Bray's other work but I have heard that Bovine is very different.
